website is coming along. What else do you want to see on here?

I was just writing to see if you had a location to set up for on Tuesdays? My office is really food truck friendly, and every other Thursday we host Pie Pushers, and I was looking to try and secure another food truck on the alternating weeks, on Tuesdays (September 6th, 20th, October 4th, etc.).

The Body Shop® corporate office in (southern) Wake Forest is very interested in offering your services to our employees, for a few hours bi-weekly or once per month. Our company has approximately 150 people on site during the day; however, we cannot guarantee that everyone will participate. Typically, 30 – 50 people purchase lunch from the other food truck vendors we schedule (average of 3 per week). Please note that 11am/11:30am – 1:30pm would be the best timeframe for our employees (Monday – Friday only). Currently, we have most of October open.

Please keep in mind that each employee will pay for their own lunch, as this is not a company-sponsored event. Please include which methods of payment are accepted. Are taxes included or extra? Do you have an electronic menu (with pricing) that I could forward to all employees – or could we simply use the menu offered on your website? We would need to send an email communication to the building, as well as hang signs for our warehouse employees, a few days ahead of your arrival to get everyone excited and knowledgeable.

So far this summer, we’ve had the JAM Ice Cream truck and Kona Ice, along with Klausie’s Pizza, Giavanna’s Italian American, Blue Sky Dining, Slippin’ Sliders, Will & Pop's, Big Al's BBQ and Bulkogi Korean BBQ, and they all have been huge hits. Our goal is to offer at least two or more trucks per week. As The Body Shop® enters pre-planning for the upcoming holiday season, we will begin to see more and more all-day meetings within the building and little time to break for lunches…this is where you guys come in and make everyone happy!

Please also include information regarding your business license, Health Department inspection and liability insurance.

Do you run the truck via generator or plug-in? We are more than glad to assist with extension cords if needed for plug-in, although please reply with the amount of amps/wattage required.

If you are able to accommodate The Body Shop, please know that it must be marked on your calendar (Twitter/Facebook feeds) as a private event. Thanks!

Directions:
From the 540 exit ramp on Capital Blvd (in Raleigh), drive north for approximately 5 miles. Turn right onto Burlington Mills Road (across from Crossroads Ford). Approximately 500 yards, turn at the first left onto One World Way. Drive straight approximately 300 yards, directly into our parking lot.

We look forward to hearing from you very soon and we are hopeful that you will be able to accommodate our request! Have a wonderful day!

Sincere regards,

Donna Kelly

I'd like to see the ONSBBQ menu posted directly to this website in HTML format rather than as a PDF that needs to be downloaded. That would make it much easier to view the menu on a computer or mobile device.
